It an excellent introduction into paddling safely in the sea (SUP Tour takes this further).

SUP XL ADVENTURES are ideal for junior, family or larger household groups.

Our guided adventures cover everything you need to learn including safety, equipment terminology and how to control your board in prone, kneeling and standing position.

Our instructors will act as guides on the board (with children only groups) or from a separate individual board for adult or mixed age groups.  SUP XL is ideal safe way for family groups (especially with younger children 7 and 12yrs) to explore the coastline. All adventures take place on top of the range paddle boards and our wetsuits will keep you warm whatever the weather. Younger ones from 7-10yrs  can be on board but must be able to swim 50m and be supervised by a guardian adult or instructor if part of a children only group.

We try to schedule SUP classes with the best tides and when weather conditions are good and the coast is calm. We also offer alternative sports should conditions be too difficult on the day. You can assume that everything is running as normal unless you hear from us.

Where to meet? Where to change? How to put on a wetsuit and How to carry a board?

We will be sending links to CV19 new procedures for meeting/ greeting and picking up your equipment once you have booked with us. Please look out for these short videos as they will show exactly what to expect when you arrive and useful tips on getting wetsuits on efficiently and carrying equipment.
